Really enjoy the post, I came from a PM Growth background, and I am trained to think everything as A/B testing, which is really beneficial. But I also realized to growth projects are usually smaller in term of scope, and they are usually improvement based on current product. But Product manager sometimes need to take big bet and do something completely different, which either can’t be A/B tested, or require engineer resources to build out, how would you handle those ?
